Background: Cartilage-perichondrium composite grafts are the preferred materials for rebuilding recurring tympanic
membrane perforations and atelectatic tympanic membranes. However, there is a scarcity of literature data on this topic.
Aim: The current study aims to evaluate the results and efficacy of cartilage-perichondrium composite graft tympanoplasty
in patients with tympanic membrane perforations. The study also looked at complications, postoperative hearing outcomes,
and success rates for tympanic membrane closure.
