Background: Stenosing tenosynovitis, also known as trigger finger, is a common condition that results in hand pain and
dysfunction, including triggering sensation, restricted finger motion, swelling, and pain. Percutaneous release of the A1 pulley
can be performed with good clinical results, low complication rates, and high patient satisfaction when conservative therapy
fail.
Aim: to evaluate the effectiveness of percutaneous hypodermic needle release of trigger finger for pain and functional
outcomes.
