Background: An inflammatory, complex, and chronic skin disease entity is acne vulgaris. According to recent research,
inflammatory pathways play a part in the pathophysiology of acne vulgaris from the very beginning of the condition. Th17
cells, the cell line's activator, and its downstream effector cytokines are essential for both sustaining and causing the illness.
Aim: Assessing the blood levels of interleukins (IL-6,8,17, and 22) in individuals with acne vulgaris and their involvement
in the pathophysiology of the condition were the objectives of the current investigation.
