Abstract

Background: Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension remains one of the major causes of maternal and perinatal morbidity and 
mortality. Early diagnosis and timely management are essential to reduce adverse fetomaternal outcomes.
Aim: To evaluate maternal and perinatal outcomes among pregnant women diagnosed with Pregnancy-Induced 
Hypertension.
Materials and Methods: A prospective observational study was conducted among 120 pregnant women diagnosed with 
Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension. Clinical profile, severity of hypertension, maternal complications, mode of delivery, 
and neonatal outcomes were evaluated. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS version 22.
