Abstract

Background: Complications are more common in critically ill individuals with diabetes, and there is a lack of information 
in the literature about how diabetes impacts ICU outcomes, which necessitates further research.  
Aim: The purpose of this study was to assess the association between outcomes and diabetes mellitus in critically ill 
Indian patients admitted to intensive care units.
