Abstract

Osteomyelitis is a complex and challenging bone infection caused by a variety of
microorganisms. Its clinical management is complicated by the increasing prevalence of
multidrug-resistant (MDR) strains, making it crucial to study the microbiological profile and
antibiotic resistance patterns to guide empirical therapy.
