Background: The most often diagnosed dermatological disorder reported to doctors is chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU).
Second-generation antihistamines have been shown to be useful in treating the CSU. According to the recommendations,
concurrent use of antihistamines is not suggested due to the absence of synergistic effects. Due to the issues presented by CSU,
it is critical to investigate appropriate management strategies.
Aim: The current study sought to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of a combination of 5mg levocetirizine and 20mg
bilastine to 40mg bilastine up dosage for treating participants with chronic spontaneous urticaria.
