Abstract

The present study aimed to develop and evaluate a transfersomal gel of Lincomycin HCl for
enhanced topical delivery. Transfersomes were prepared using the thin-film hydration method
with soya phosphatidylcholine and Tween 80 as the lipid and edge activator, respectively.
